Learnlife Rwanda exists to build ventures that make everyday life better.

We identify real challenges, design practical solutions, and use technology thoughtfully to create greater trust, transparency, access, and opportunity for the people and communities we serve.

Our focus is not technology for its own sake. It is technology in service of people.

As a venture-building enterprise, we develop and grow commercially sustainable initiatives that contribute to Rwanda's digital future while creating meaningful economic opportunities for young Rwandans.

Your opportunity …

What if your first job was building a company? We are recruiting 10 interns for a 12-month, full-time entrepreneurial apprenticeship. You won’t practise on case studies — you’ll work inside our real ventures: Sip & Chat Café, Ingamba Consultancy, Wander Rwanda Tours, Tangaza Media Studio, Urubuto Art, and Rwanda Village Tales.

Over the year you become part of a small team building meaningful solutions and creating real value. At twelve months, two doors open: grow into a salaried role within Learnlife Rwanda, or launch a venture of your own — better prepared than any classroom could make you. Either outcome is a win. Places are limited and earned: we select people who want to build something real.
